Project Overview

Stage

This project commenced at a pre-construction stage, allowing the interior design to be fully integrated into the development from the outset. This early involvement ensured that every design decision was considered holistically and embedded into the final outcome, rather than applied retrospectively.

Scope of Design

The brief encompassed the complete design of the residence, including:

  • Two reception rooms
  • Porch and hallway
  • Kitchen, dining area, and utility room
  • Three bedrooms and a study
  • Two guest bedrooms
  • Three bathrooms and a guest WC

Design Approach

The spatial concept was developed in close alignment with the architectural framework of the property. From refining layout configurations and defining new room structures, to carefully positioning openings and enhancing garden views, the design extended far beyond surface aesthetics.

Early involvement in mechanical and electrical planning was essential, ensuring that lighting schemes and technical elements were seamlessly integrated into the overall interior vision. This resulted in a cohesive environment where function and atmosphere work in harmony.

A combination of bespoke and curated furnishings was employed throughout. Custom-designed pieces, developed by Aleksandra Sinan, were complemented by carefully selected ready-made elements, maintaining a consistent and refined design language across the entire home. This unified approach allows the project to be guided by a singular vision—an essential factor in achieving a truly elevated and coherent result.

Client Collaboration & Outcome

Every stage of the design was presented and developed in close collaboration with the client, ensuring their preferences remained central to the process while guiding them toward a considered and refined outcome.

A key objective was to introduce intelligent, integrated storage solutions, enhancing functionality without compromising the visual clarity of the space. The result balances modern elegance with a sense of warmth and livability.

Throughout the project, the client was thoughtfully encouraged to explore options beyond their initial expectations. By embracing measured design decisions and placing trust in the process, the final outcome reflects a level of sophistication and cohesion that would not have been achieved otherwise.
